At Rowe Pottery, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All of our products are handmade, making each piece unique and slightly different. Your satisfaction is important to us!. Please inspect your order upon delivery. For Retail and Online Purchases

Product may be returned within 15-days for Store Credit or Exchange Only, with proof of purchase. All items must be returned to our store or sent back to us in the same condition as they were received. If the product has no defects or is not damaged return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom and Personalized Pottery is non-returnable. All custom work is made to order and we accept no returns. We allow 24 hours for any changes to be made on any custom/personalized pieces. If there is an error on your piece, please contact our customer service representative at (800)356-7687.

Sale, Seconds and Clearance Items are non-returnable

Damaged Items

We will gladly accept returns of any product damaged during shipping. We ask that the customer send a picture of the damaged item to sales@rowepottery.com and a replacement will be shipped. Any item damaged from use or general wear and tear, we do not accept.
