We Want You to Love Your Rowe Pottery!

After you receive your order, please check to make sure everything meets your expectations. If you have any questions about anything, our Customer Advocates are able to answer them and make any adjustments. Delivery Time

Our Custom and Personalized Pottery is carefully hand-thrown, hand-decorated and then fired in our kiln just for you. It normally takes 3-4 weeks to create your piece.  Allowing us this time ensures that every piece is made with the care and attention to detail you deserve.

Shipping

We use UPS to ship our products. UPS requires a street address and phone number for delivery and cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes. Complete shipping information makes for a reliable delivery.  Stock Pottery orders are typically shipped within 7-10 days of delivery, this allows for hand selecting your piece, packing and order processing. Please allow 5-7 days for availability for pick-up orders and 3-4 weeks for custom and personalized orders. Ordering

If you want to ship products to different addresses, we ask that you enter each order separately to avoid confusion. Our system can only accept one shipping address per order.

Delivery Charges

Shipping and handling charges are based on the cost of goods sent to each address. We try to keep them at a minimum, while still allowing you to get your pottery as fast as possible.

Wisconsin Sales Tax

By law, we are required to collect applicable sales tax on goods delivered to Wisconsin.
